How do I secure my booking for my event?

We can take your booking request via our booking request form or social media. An invoice will be sent to you with all details of your event for you to confirm. 

Do you require a deposit when booking?

Yes, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due the week of the event. Deposits are to be paid within 3 days of the invoice, otherwise, we cannot guarantee the item is secured for your event.

How far in advanced should we make a booking?

Ideally 3 weeks prior to your event date is sufficient time for us to prepare for the day. However, to secure popular items as soon as you have a date in mind for your event we can book out a time and props as early in advance as needed. 

Do you do cakes/balloons/flowers/laser cut signage?

Yes! Madisen owns Madforcookies By Mads and can provide all cake, cupcake and cookie needs & Celine owns Forever Bespoke and can provide all laser cut and UV printing signage/cut outs. Together at C&M Events and Hire we create all of our own high quality balloon and floral arrangements.

Do you offer custom builds or custom-painted items?

Yes! The only factor would be the time frame given. The earlier we are notified the better for us to prepare all custom items for your event. 

If my function is cancelled, can I get a refund for my deposit?

In the unfortunate circumstance that your event has been cancelled, our deposit amount is non-refundable. However, we are able to put the amount on a credit note, which can be used for future event hire.

Am I responsible if something gets damaged?

We understand accidents happen, please let us know if any props get damaged at your event. If the damage is non-repairable, the customer will be required to pay for a replacement.

Can I customise my own package?

Yes! All our props are on our website individually priced. When adding selected individual items to your cart we will provide you with a quote with a packaged price.
